Are all the items list on your website are available?
Well, most of the items on our website are available for ready stock. It could be shipped within 48 hours after payment.
Is there any MOQ requirement?
Yes, we are a wholesale online store. Products are intended for business purchase / use and not for personal purchase. Our goal is to provide promotional products on a business to business basis. Products purchased may be subject to varied shipping rates and/or fees.
We will send you the invoice after you place your order from our website.
Of course, you could always send us an email before you confirm the order.
Can I place a mixed order with different items?
Yes, you can place mix order on our website.
But as we said we are a wholesale business, we don’t expect orders below MOQ requirement.
We will send you the stock as soon as possible, for some small order, light parcel , we will send it via Express shipping delivery like UPS, DHL, Or Fedex, EMS. For large order, shipping cost could be varied according to the weight of your order or shipping methods you choose.
How long do I recieved my order?
Well, different shipping method will give you a different efficiency. Generally speaking, Express shipping is the fastest way, which only takes 3-5 days to ship from China to most of the countries., but that also the most expensive way. You can choose the way you like, or if you have any freight forwarding company, please let us know.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Amazpet has a hassle free Return Policy. You may return ANY non-personalized item in new, unused condition for a refund of your money, within 30 days of date of purchase – no questions asked. Please note ALL returns will be assessed a 20% return processing fee.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not allowed, and they will NOT receive a refund.
Personalized items (including custom dog bowls, as well as engraved dog tags and collars) are not returnable. Please be sure to measure your dog and make your selections carefully. We do not refund shipping charges unless we sent the wrong item.

Include your packing slip if possible along with your name, order number, phone number, and most importantly, your e-mail address. We will e-mail you when your return has been received and processed. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. We strongly recommend that you insure your package so if it is damaged during the trip back, you aren’t liable.
We Do Not Do Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Instead, please return your unwanted/unused item for your money back, and place a new order.
If We Sent You The Wrong Item
At Amaz we are only human (and canine) so try as we might, we are not perfect and once in a blue moon a mistake is made. If we sent you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Do not ship your item back on your own before contacting us.
